My agent James Burnham, from the Liverpool office in NY was our agent. He was very professional and always on top of our needs. Our house stayed on the market for almost a year, even with the 1st offering falling through because of us, he continued to market our home and we made out even better than the 1st offer. James always stayed connected to us when selling and now buying out next home. His fast response to our needs was very important and appreciated. He always went above and beyond in helping. Never was there a time I did not hear from him, most of the time I got a response from phone or email within 20 minutes or sometimes less in asking the question. I would highly recommend James to anyone. Our experience with coldwell banker has been nothing but easy. Selling our house and the paperwork were a breeze. James is a great agent and will refer him to all my family and friends.
