They where excellent

Despite my modest budget, he diligently provided ample properties for review, and was usually available to show a place with alacrity and enthusiasm within 24-36 hours. James is an astute observer of the small details of a property. Most importantly, he was always positive, encouraging, and upbeat, even when the home search became discouraging at one point; it's quite obvious he enjoys his job and his enthusiasm for the whole process is obvious. I have already recommended James to an acquaintance who is interested in buying a home.

James is an astute observer of the small details of a property that the buyer misses or overlooks which are potentionally a red flag or, conversely, an outstanding or beneficial quality, brings them to the buyer's attention ,and puts them in perspective, resulting in an realistic and honest overall assessment of the property's pros and cons for the buyer to make an informed decision. Most importantly,he was always positive, encouraging, and upbeat, even when the home search became discouraging at one point; it's quite obvious he enjoys his job and his enthusiasm for the whole process is obvious. Last spring I took a few months off from looking. James picked me right back up when I contacted him this past August. Fortunately we found the right house, right away. At some point I realized that my price point was quite a bit lower than his normal range. When I asked him about it, he just smiled and said yes. He reassured me that it was OK! I could not be any happier with him, both personally or professionally. I told him that I would recommend him anytime. He said thank you and that I could contact him anytime, for any reason. James has been absolutely wonderful. I met him a few years ago when I called to look at one of his houses. I didn't buy that particular house, but I've used him to sell my own home, which I got an offer on within a week, and I just bought another home with his help. He is a 24/7 guy. I don't care what time I called him, he was answering his phone. I would not hesitate to use him again.
