James did an outstanding job, from start to finish. Professional and courteous throughout it all. James laid out the details of the process - and he was dead on with all of it! His recommendation of fair but opportunistic price to put our house on the market was just downright uncanny. He knew the value, recommended what we should put it up for. James is very professional, always responds to your questions in a timely fashion. He makes sure the ball keeps rolling and always keeps you updated throughout the whole purchase process. I wouldn’t want to go through anyone else.

James was super helpful. As a first time home buyer I didn’t really know what to expect but he guided me through the entire process and made us feel very comfortable. He set up viewings quickly and efficiently but was also not the least bit pushy. He gave good advice about property value is certain areas. Overall he was great to work with. He’s helped 3 other coworkers of mine with their home purchases and I can see why they all go to him. I would recommend working with him to anyone looking to buy or sell, and if we ever move we will definitely be calling him!
