He develops a realistic marketing plan and sets realistic expectations. We were always kept in the loop with status of home showings and offers. I highly recommend him! I will use no other agent.

I put my condo up for sell early April a with Jim and had a firm offer by Sat 16 of April and closed in June. If I have to move again Jim is the one I would call. Also Jim followed up with how I am doing even weeks after the sale
